If you placed your order from your personal account on the website, you can track its status through My Account > Orders.
If you placed it as a Guest, you can contact us on social media or WhatsApp at 01080646468, and we will assist you.

3. How do I get my invoice?

If you have an account and registered your tax details, the invoice will always be available as a PDF in the Purchases and Orders section.
If you ordered as a Guest, the invoice will be sent to your email with the shipping confirmation and will also be printed with the order.

4. Where can I see my previous orders?

If you have an account and logged in when placing your orders, you can find your entire order history under My Account > Orders.
There you can view all your past orders and their details.

5. Can I order as a guest?

Yes, you can order without creating an account.

Currently, we cannot make changes to orders after they have been confirmed, as we start preparing them immediately.

9. What happens if the product I ordered is out of stock?

There is no limit when paying by Visa or MasterCard.
However, if the order is large and you choose Cash on Delivery, we may request a partial upfront payment to confirm the order.
