Delivery & Package Policy

Note: The package cannot be opened upon delivery to ensure product safety, as all shipments are fully insured.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You can return or exchange your order within 14 days of receiving it.
Items must be in their original condition, unused, with all tags and packaging intact.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery via email or WhatsApp at +201080646468.
Requests after this period will not be accepted.
Once verified, we will arrange for a courier to collect the item for exchange or refund.

Online Return/Exchange Process

You must submit a return/exchange request before sending back the item.
After receiving and inspecting the product, refunds will be processed within 14 business days:

  • If paid by card (Visa), the amount will be refunded to the same card.

  • If paid by cash on delivery, the refund will be issued via bank transfer or e-wallet.

Fees & Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees will be deducted from the refunded amount for returns or exchanges processed through the website.

  • No fees will be deducted if the return/exchange is made in-store and the purchase receipt (not the airway bill) is provided.

Unavailable Exchange Sizes

If the requested exchange size is unavailable, our customer service team will contact you via WhatsApp to suggest alternatives.

ملاحظة: يرجى ملاحظة أنه لا يمكن فتح الطرد عند الاستلام، حرصًا على سلامة المنتج، حيث أن جميع الشحنات مؤمنة بالكامل.

شروط الاسترجاع والاستبدال

تقدر ترجع أو تبدّل المنتج خلال 14 يوم من تاريخ الاستلام.
يُشترط أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية، غير مستخدم، وبجميع البطاقات والتغليف كما تم استلامه.

المنتجات التالفة أو الغير مطابقة

في حال استلام منتج تالف أو مختلف عن طلبك، يُرجى التواصل معنا خلال يومين من تاريخ الاستلام عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو من خلال خدمة العملاء على واتساب على الرقم +201080646468.
بعد التحقق، سنرسل مندوبًا لاستلام المنتج واستبداله أو استرجاعه.

عملية الاسترجاع/الاستبدال أونلاين

يجب تسجيل طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال قبل إعادة إرسال المنتج.
بعد استلام المنتج وفحصه، سيتم استرداد المبلغ خلال 14 يوم عمل:

  • إذا كانت وسيلة الدفع فيزا، سيتم رد المبلغ على نفس البطاقة.

  • إذا كانت الدفع نقدًا عند الاستلام، سيتم تحويل المبلغ من خلال تحويل بنكي أو محفظة إلكترونية.

الرسوم وتكاليف الشحن

  • يتم خصم رسوم الشحن من المبلغ المسترد في حالة الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال من خلال الموقع.

  • أما إذا تم الإجراء من خلال المتجر، لن يتم خصم أي رسوم بشرط تقديم إيصال الشراء (وليس بوليصة الشحن).

في حال عدم توفر المقاس

في حالة عدم توفر المقاس المطلوب للاستبدال، سيتواصل معك فريق خدمة العملاء عبر واتساب لترشيح البدائل المتاحة.
