We currently ship to all cities across Egypt.
International shipping is available to selected countries — please contact us for more details.


2. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions, so keep an eye out for updates!


3. How long does delivery take?

Delivery typically takes:

  • Inside Cairo and Giza: 1–3 business days

  • Other cities within Egypt: 2–5 business days

Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to weather conditions.


4. How can I track my shipment?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track your shipment directly through the shipping company’s website or contact our support team if you need assistance.


5. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately to update your delivery address.
If it’s already shipped, we will coordinate with the shipping company to help if possible.


6. What happens if I’m not home when my package arrives?

The delivery company will usually attempt to deliver up to two times.
If they are unable to reach you, they will contact you to arrange a new delivery time or location.


7. Can I schedule a specific delivery time?

Currently, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time.
However, you can coordinate directly with the shipping company once they contact you regarding delivery.


8. What if my package is delayed?

While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, external factors (such as weather or courier issues) can sometimes cause delays.
If your package is delayed, please contact us, and we will assist you immediately.
